Meso-scale testing: Diagonal tension (racking), Vierendeel compliance, and wall-to-foundation connection integrity.

Phase 4: Full-Scale Testing

Macro-scale structural validation: Monotonic axial compression, out-of-plane flexure, and in-plane reversed cyclic loading.
